Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to grow client relationships across an assigned territory.

You will work with Sales, Estimating, and Executives to position Pioneer as the preferred curtain wall vendor, managing opportunities from qualification to close on multi-million dollar projects. Travel up to 50%, with in-office work in Baltimore, MD or Mason, OH when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years in construction sales or related role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and manage key accounts.
• Pitch and network to secure sales opportunities.
• Drive strategic growth and position Pioneer in the market.
• Present and close deals on projects from $5–$50M.
• Coordinate with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate docs.
• Share client feedback to improve execution and growth.
