Responsibilities include providing person-centered supports, ensuring safety, coordinating transportation, and assisting with medical needs while fostering inclusion and community participation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support people in understanding and exercising their rights.
• Encourage self-advocacy and independent living.
