Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Nebraska background checks (Child/Adult Protective Services Central Registry) and criminal background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Maintain consistent engagement with clients and ensure safe environments.
• Provide accurate documentation of support provided during each shift.
• Assist with transportation for the people served.
• Encourage self-advocacy and participation in groups or activities.
