Qualifications

• Direct Support Professional responsibilities and standards are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service and care provisions for quality and effectiveness.
• Implement Individual Service and Behavior Plans as intended.
• Report service plan and care provision concerns to Supervisor.
• Monitor health status and coordinate with client’s medical team.
• Provide direct care services as documented in DSP duties.
• Develop weekly activity calendars and meal menus considering dietary needs.
• Assess employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Generate weekly staff schedules and ensure coverage.
• Facilitate staff training and cross-training as directed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and company policies.
