Job summary

Nosco is seeking a Carton Folder Gluer Operator on Second shift at our Bristol, PA facility. You will set up and operate the folder/gluer to produce folding cartons that meet quality specifications and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and documentation, with a focus on maintaining production pace, assisting with troubleshooting, and contributing to a 100% employee-owned workplace that offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prefer +2 years carton folder/gluer experience or related machinery.
• Experience with basic quality systems and documentation.
• Willing to work any shift with overtime.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a folder/gluer per SOPs and instructions.
• Monitor production efficiency and quality; complete documentation.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and perform testing.
• Assist in minimizing remakes by identifying issues and communicating with technicians.
• Perform clean-up and maintenance per SOP.
• Maintain high productivity; meet set up times and run speeds.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
