Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and change management with owners, architects and subcontractors.
• Define deliverables and work plans for each project phase.
• Lead staffing, bidding, and planning activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage owner communications and oversight of project information and documentation.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely performance.
