Job summary

JL Construction in Gunnison, Utah is seeking a full-time Concrete Foreman to lead a 3-4 person crew on-site, with a pay structure that includes a share of profits from completed jobs.

You will read plans, lay out foundations, supervise flatwork and Symons panels, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. CDL is preferred. Coordinate with project managers, manage materials, and enforce company safety policies to keep crew productive and projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience as a foreman.
• Ability to read plans and lay out foundations.
• Experience in flatwork and Symons panels.
• CDL license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew of 3-4 workers on-site.
• Read and interpret construction plans to lay out foundations.
• Supervise formwork, flatwork, and Symons panels with an emphasis on quality.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain schedules; coordinate with project managers.
