Qualifications

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams, clients, and contractors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear and accurate project documentation.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project meetings, client visits, and field observations.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Bluebeam through coursework, internships, or previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with planning and design tasks, as well as field-based project oversight.
• Calculate dimensions and prepare detailed dimensional design layouts for projects.
• Interpret engineering designs and draft project information using software programs.
• Prepare drawings, schematics, and exhibits for project reports and plans.
• Calculate quantities and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor construction activities on transportation, civil, and municipal infrastructure projects.
