SEH, an employee-owned engineering firm, seeks a Civil Engineer / Project Manager – Land Development to lead land development projects in Virginia and beyond. You will manage complex projects, cultivate client relationships, and guide project teams with technical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia is required.
• Experience in design, construction and management of land development or municipal projects.
• Strong client-management and staff-mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for a variety of clients.
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development and after completion.
• Prepare project approaches, scopes, and fees for projects.
