Job summary

JusticeWorks Lincoln County, CO is seeking a Child Services Case Manager to work with diverse families and community partners to ensure that the voices of children and youth are heard and that needs are addressed. The role involves developing individualized plans and coordinating resources to provide appropriate services.

The position supports non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends, and requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check in on the child’s emotional, physical, and social well-being, including observing behavior, academic progress, and home life.
• Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, development of service plans, and follow-up services.
• Assess situations, identify issues, and create practical solutions to overcome barriers, particularly in challenging family dynamics or when accessing services.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
