Job summary

Border States in Big Spring, TX is seeking a CDL Driver to support warehouse and delivery operations. This full-time role delivers materials to customer sites and branch locations, keeps the vehicle clean, logs DVIRs, and assists with loading and unloading while delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a valid Class A or B CDL, a current medical card, and a clean driving record. English proficiency, basic Windows/SAP familiarity, and the ability to navigate routes are key.

Qualifications

• 2-year business/trade degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation preferred.
• Minimum of 21 years of age with clean driving record.
• Valid Class A (or B) CDL with current medical certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provides delivery of material to customer sites or branch locations.
• Maintains delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and tracks maintenance.
• Keeps daily driver logs and DVIR up to date.
• Completes truck summary and driver logs daily.
• Adheres to all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Loads and unloads material and coordinates deliveries with own fleet.
