Job summary

Border States in Tampa, FL is seeking a CDL Driver to support warehouse and delivery operations, delivering materials to customer sites and branch locations. Maintains a clean vehicle, daily logs, and vehicle inspections, and assists with loading/unloading while delivering exceptional customer service.

Main duties include maintaining logs, coordinating with our own trucks, and helping with warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year business/trade degree or equivalent in work experience preferred.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation and good knowledge of electrical products/systems is preferred.
• Minimum of 21 years of age is required.
• Clean driving record is essential.
• A valid Class A (or B) CDL driver’s license with medical certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides delivery of material to customer sites or branch locations.
• Maintains delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and logs.
• Loads and unloads material and supports the warehouse operations.
• Adheres to DOT regulations and Border States driver policies.
