Border States Industries, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver to support warehouse operation and delivery services in Kansas City, MO. The role includes delivering materials to customer sites and branch locations, maintaining the delivery vehicle, and keeping accurate logs and DVIR daily.

The position emphasizes adherence to DOT regulations, safe driving practices, and coordination of routes with our fleet. Strong customer service and reliable loading/unloading skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

Must observe all local, state, and federal DOT regulations.
Knowledge of truck routes and ability to coordinate deliveries.
Comfortable loading/unloading material as needed.
Demonstrated customer service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

Provides delivery of material to customer sites or branch locations.
Maintains delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and monitors maintenance/mileage data.
Maintains daily driver logs and daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
Completes truck summary, driver’s log, and other backup detail daily.
Must observe and adhere to all local, state, and federal DOT regulations and Border States driver policies.
Must have a full understanding of truck routes and may coordinate deliveries with our own trucks.
Loads
