Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Sr. Program Manager (Seller-Doer) in Los Angeles to lead aviation programs from planning through closeout, driving growth and delivering complex airport projects.

You will manage client relationships, teams, and pipelines while pursuing MATOC/IDIQ opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of aviation program and construction management experience, strong leadership, and a track record in delivering major airport facilities with effective governance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent aviation study.
• Minimum 15 years of program and construction management experience in aviation facility projects for public or private clients.
• Experience with MATOC/IDIQ or On-Call contracts and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong proposal development, technical writing and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs and projects, ensuring compliance with contract obligations and industry standards.
• Manage aviation programs and project teams to deliver on scope, schedule and budget.
• Plan and evaluate performance of directors, managers and staff.
• Oversee budgets, governance, and reporting to meet client and Hill objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic growth in aviation.
