Locke Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Associate in our 100% employee-owned company. You won't just fill orders; you’ll help build wealth through ESOP while supporting local trade communities.

We hire for character first—integrity, customer partnership, and pride in your work. In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service, manage inventory with accuracy, keep the branch neat, and collaborate with teammates to hit profit goals.

Formación

• Prefers a mechanically minded individual with a desire to learn the trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and act as a consultant, providing product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy to protect branch profitability.
• Maintain a clean, organized branch and warehouse; take initiative to improve the branch because it is your branch.
• Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals and assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Take ownership of your technical growth and participate in training programs for latest trade products and technologies.
