Qualifications

• A 'mechanically minded' individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• A high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a background check, Drug screen, and a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers professionally and act as a consultant, offering product recommendations and cost-effective solutions.
• Operational Integrity: Track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy.
• Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized branch and warehouse, taking initiative to improve the branch.
• Collaborative Success: Work with the team to meet branch profit goals and assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving.
• Continuous Learning: Own your technical growth and participate in training for the latest trade products and technologies.
