Qualifications

• Mechanically minded with a desire to learn electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• High school diploma or GED and ability to pass background check, drug screen, and a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude and act as a consultant for product recommendations.
• Operational Integrity: Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with accuracy to protect profitability.
• Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized branch and warehouse; take initiative to improve the branch.
• Collaborative Success: Work with teammates to meet branch profit goals and assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
