Locke Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Associate in a 100% employee-owned environment. You will greet customers as a trusted partner, recommend cost-effective solutions across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and ensure accurate order handling and inventory control.

You will help keep the branch and warehouse organized, support teammates to meet branch goals, and actively engage in training to expand product knowledge and technical skills. This role emphasizes ownership and community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical.
• Mechanical mindset with a desire to learn electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product recommendations and solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Operational Integrity: Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring stock is properly accounted for and shared profitability is maintained.
• Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch and warehouse; take initiative to improve the branch.
• Collaborative Success: Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals and assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Continuous Learning: Own your technical growth and participate in training programs for latest trade products and technologies.
