Job summary

Locke Supply in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Branch Associate who embodies ownership and a strong work ethic.

As a 100% employee‑owned company, you will build wealth through ESOP while helping customers with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs.

You will maintain a clean showroom and warehouse, track inventory with accuracy, support deliveries and store operations, and grow with our team through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A mechanically minded individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long‑term customer relationships.
• High school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug test.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Operational Integrity: Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy.
• Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse and take initiative to improve the branch.
• Collaborative Success: Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals and assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving.
• Continuous Learning: Take ownership of your technical growth and participate in training programs for latest trade products and technologies.
