Huck’s Market is seeking an Associate Manager for our Bloomington location. You will oversee shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while supporting the Store Manager in daily functions and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, following Best In Class standards.
• Maintain shift operations and assist in covering manager days off and peak hours.
• Help manage store operations, communicate effectively with associates, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Record daily transactions, hours, and deposits as directed by the Store Manager.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and assist with sign-up and usage.
