The role involves collecting and reconciling vendor payments, assembling client billings, preparing deposits and cash entries, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• Some co-op experience or 6 months to 1 year of accounting and/or administration experience an asset.
• High school diploma required; related postsecondary degree is an asset.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the accounting team by collecting, reconciling, and processing vendor payments on time.
• Assembles client billings packages and ensures timely payments per contract terms.
• Prepares bank deposits and cash receipt entries as needed.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops strong relationships with stakeholders.
