Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist to welcome new hires and support their transition into roles, housing, and local communities.

You will coordinate transport to orientations and worksites, assist with housing logistics, and help employees navigate banking, Social Security, groceries, and essential services while serving as a link between staff, HR, and farm leadership.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
