The Employee Navigator Configuration Analyst is a key member of the National Employee Benefits Technology (EBTech) Department. This department deploys various software tools for health care reform compliance, benefits enrollment automation, and other needs. The incumbent is responsible for software implementation and customer support, including needs analysis, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. The role may focus on implementation or customer support, with flexibility to move between these areas as needed.

How You Will Contribute:
  • Create and configure customer websites using third-party software.
  • Resolve routine issues for customer accounts and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Test and audit configured software for proper functionality.
  • Assist Implementation Specialists in quality assurance and site development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with account teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to enhance retention.
  • Develop root cause analysis skills to support assigned customers.
  • Use knowledge of health and benefits products to configure and test software tools.
  • Strive to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Perform quality assurance on site builds and review findings with team members.
  • Respond to customer support questions and participate in meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience to Be Successful
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with database applications.
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high standards for customer-facing work.
  • At least 2 years of Employee Navigator implementation experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay Range

$26.44 - $31.25 Hourly

This range reflects the salary based on experience, location, and budget considerations.
