Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA, is hiring a Per Diem Caregiver Health RN for 08-hour Day shifts. The Employee Health Nurse conducts pre-employment and annual physicals, assists with work-related injury claims, coordinates care with a third-party administrator, and leads flu vaccination and fit testing programs.

Ideal candidates hold a California RN license, BLS certification, and have prior staff RN or related experience.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• 6 months Staff RN, RNP, or PA experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-employment and annual employee physicals.
• Assists in processing work-related injury claims and coordinates treatment.
• Leads flu vaccination and fit test programs; coordinates Transitional Work Program and EAP usage.
