Charleston Area Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Employee Health at the Women & Children's Hospital in Charleston, WV. The role covers routine health assessments, counseling and follow-up for employees, with coordination of preventive programs and education.

Responsibilities include evaluating illnesses, initiating employee paperwork, pre-employment assessments, and maintaining OSHA and workers' compensation records.

Competenze

• Associate degree required; 1 year patient care experience.
• RN license required; BLS within 30 days.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, record and treat illness or injury of employees daily.
• Manage employee health records and follow up; coordinate reports.
• Perform pre-employment and post-offer health assessments.
• Maintain TB control, immunization and exposure records.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Employee Health staff.
• Communicate with department managers on placements and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with policies and department procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
