Directly supervises Occupational Health RN's, Specialists, and Worker's Compensation Case Manager working in clinical settings at their locations. Accountable for the overall success of health and wellness services, assumes site level stewardship and is accountable for the deployment and performance of Employee Health strategies, policies and standards for occupational health, wellness & health promotion and employee assistance programs for all team members. Maintains regular communication with facility leadership teams and interfaces with facility-respective EOC and Infection Control Committees. Includes working in the role of Occupational Health RN and being in the call rotation as needed. **Education / Experience**:Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years Adult Nursing and progressive nursing leadership experience required.
