Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support Employee Health programs. The role includes surveillance screenings, data entry into Lawson and EPIC, and ensuring regulatory standards are met. A NJ LPN license and at least 1 year of acute care experience are required; Employee Health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience.
• Employee Health experience preferred.
• Current NJ LPN license, BLS (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Adheres to departmental procedures and policies.
• Maintains regulatory standards and sustains these standards daily.
• Coordinates surveillance screenings and immunization programs.
• Data collection and entry into Lawson and EPIC.
• Reports statistics to Cooper committees.
• Maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Orders medical supplies for surveillance/immunization programs.
• Identifies process improvements to screening programs.
• Assists LOA/WC with questions and guidance.
