Job Details

As part of the Market at Wisteria Team, reporting to the Manager of the Market at Wisteria, you will provide exceptional service to our guests (both internal and external) by fulfilling various roles throughout the day based on store needs.

Essential Functions

(The following are general illustrations and not all-inclusive.)

Clerk: Ensuring the store is welcoming, clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowing merchandise locations, stocking and maintaining products according to standards, communicating with management about inventory, receiving deliveries, performing cleaning, organizing storage areas, and executing closing procedures.

Cashier: Providing efficient and friendly service, accurately operating the POS system, handling cash securely, managing daily financial reports, and adhering to responsible alcohol management practices.

Barista, Juicing, & Grab & Go: Serving guests with quality products, executing orders to standard, following food safety protocols, restocking items, maintaining equipment, and preparing the store for opening.

Our Ideal Team Member Will Have

• A respectful, inclusive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• PA RAMP Server/Seller Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Flexibility to work in all store areas as needed.
• Ability to work in a team, handle pressure, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, accept feedback, stay organized, navigate technology, and work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
