Description

The Associate Café Attendant is responsible for greeting associates, answering menu questions, preparing and serving meals, and replenishing stations with food, utensils, condiments, napkins, and cups. Some work in dining rooms cleaning tables and sweeping floors. Those on food assembly lines work as teams to ensure meals are accurate and served at proper temperatures.

Job Duties

• Verify portion sizes, quality standards, and adherence to policies. Maintain sanitation and organization in the kitchen.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards colleagues, management, and guests.
• Assist in managing production and support team members.
• Ensure issues are addressed and reported to the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef.
• Contribute to menu development and food cost analysis.
• Help kitchen staff complete assigned projects.
