Job summary

PNC seeks an Employee Relationship Manager based in Austin, TX, to deliver financial wellness solutions to commercial and corporate banking clients. • Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of financial wellness solutions and programs to the workforce of commercial and corporate banking clients and prospects.
• Responsible for acquiring and deepening relationships across all applicable financial wellness solutions.
• Achieves business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of partners.
• Responsible for consumer acquisition through proactive lead generation, appointments and referral generation.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and ongoing servicing support.
• Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by leveraging tools and resources to maximize business results.
