Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and employee engagement processes to ensure timely execution of HR flows.
• Analyze staffing trends, turnover, and restructuring to inform planning.
• Maintain and report on workforce data and program progress.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to communicate strategy and recommendations.
