You will lead administrative staff and caregiver teams, oversee hiring, onboarding, engagement programs, and performance reviews while ensuring clear communication and program effectiveness for aging-adult care clients. The role includes coordinating training and field visits, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • US work authorization required.
  • Experience with aging adults, home care administration, or leading a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver license and insured personal vehicle; ability to complete field visits.

Job Description:

Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and hold accountable administrative staff, and professional caregiver teams.

Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.

Measure and analyze employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and performance data, identifying improvement areas.

Address employee concerns confidentially and empathetically.

Plan and organize events to boost morale, wellness, and team building.

Support career development by coordinating training, professional growth opportunities, and skill-building programs.

Conduct and document performance reviews

Communicate updates clearly and consistently to staff.

Report on program effectiveness and stay current with best practices in employee experience management.

Participate in after-hours, on call duties, fill in shifts, help with scheduling as necessary.

Flexibility: Be able to take on additional tasks as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age.

You must have a valid U.S work authorization.

Background working with aging adults, home care administration, or leading a team.

Outstanding verbal and written communications, exceptional organizational abilities, and well versed computer/software applications.

Must possess a valid driver license, reliable and insured personal vehicle, and ability to complete field visits.

Standard full-time hours with shared rotational participation in after-hours on call emergency support for clients and caregivers.
