Job summary

UPS is seeking an Employee Experience & Insights Supervisor in Atlanta. The role develops employee listening strategies, designs internal research, and uses analytics to guide people and culture initiatives.

The candidate will partner with stakeholders to interpret talent trends and drive data-based decisions. The ideal candidate brings experience in organizational research design, strong communication, and the ability to influence across HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or international equivalent or current UPS employee with 3+ years of UPS experience
• Willingness to relocate to the area and report to corporate office in Atlanta on a hybrid basis
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Certification/experience in I/O psychology, OD, organizational behavior, HRM or related field
• Strong planning, organization, delegation and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and administer internal research (surveys, interviews, focus groups) to inform employee experience and listening strategies
• Leverage advanced statistical methods and analytics to generate insights and guide people & culture initiatives

Job Description

The Employee Experience & Insights Supervisor is responsible for supporting the development of employee experience and listening strategies by designing and administering internal research (e.g. surveys, interviews, focus groups), and leveraging advanced statistical methods and analytics to generate insights and guide people & culture initiatives. This position partners with stakeholders to understand talent trends and inform data-based decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in organizational research design.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or be a current employee with a minimum of three years of UPS experience
• Must live in the same geographical area as the job or be willing to self-relocate to the area
• Must be willing and available to report to the corporate office in Atlanta on a hybrid basis
• Must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Must have certification and/or work experience in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) psychology, Organizational Development (OD), organizational behavior, HR Management (HRM) or a related field
• Possesses experience with strategic, critical-thinking work and collaboration with global project teams
• Demonstrates ability to influence, partner and develop productive relationships with HR leaders and other parties to achieve necessary goals
• Displays executive presence to interact easily across all levels within the organization
• Possesses excellent financial/business acumen and analytical abilities
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlinesli>
• Possesses strong planning, organization, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated level of specialization in relevant field

Preferences

• HR Information Systems experience preferred, Workday a plus
• Ability to use data-manipulation and visualization tools, such as MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables); proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools preferred
• Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) psychology or related field
