Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, change management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in communication, change management or HR.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with tone and clarity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and video editing platforms.
• Employer branding and recruitment marketing knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for engaging employee experiences.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages HR communications calendar with Marcom.
• Produces social content highlighting employees to strengthen employer brand.
• Designs campaigns with Marcom celebrating milestones and stories.
• Explores innovative storytelling formats like video, reels, behind-the-scenes.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to align content with recruiting goals.
• Collaborates with Marcom to ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Drives campaigns amplifying employee voices to improve recruitment and retention.
