We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Learning Specialist to join our Employee Experience and Engagement team within the Human Resources department of Millennium. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, program management or a related field who is passionate about driving employee growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
As an Employee Experience and Engagement Learning Specialist at Millennium, your main responsibility is to play a key role in program managing the delivery of impactful learning programs to support the development of our workforce and meet the needs of employees at all levels.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
