Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple events or projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute workforce engagement events.
• Manage all event planning from concept through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, vendors, and campus stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, coordinate, and manage third-party vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of event prizes and promotional items.
• Develop, coordinate, and distribute promotional materials for workforce engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and summaries on participation rates, event outcomes, and engagement trends.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
