You will act as an owner's representative, plan and execute activities, coordinate with vendors, manage prizes, and track participation metrics. This role requires exceptional organizational and people skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and willingness to travel for program activities,

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating multiple events or projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and execute workforce engagement events and activities.
• Manage end-to-end event planning: scheduling, venues, registration, setup, vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, vendors, and campus stakeholders.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers for engagement activities.
• Manage prizes, inventory, and documentation with audit-ready records.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials for workforce initiatives.
• Prepare reports on participation, outcomes, and engagement trends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
