Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC seeks an Employee Engagement Coordinator in Houston to plan and execute a wide range of engagement events, manage budgets, and handle internal communications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to meet event objectives and ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement events.
• Coordinate logistics including venue, catering, invitations, and materials.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials and communications (fliers, invitations, social media).
• Manage event budgets and expenses, review invoices and proposals.
• Survey participants and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist with vendor management and newsletter writing/distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
