Prepare food items according to production requirements and quality standards, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and banquet setting.
Minimum of one year of experience as a line cook, preferably in a hotel and banquet setting. Ability to obtain a food handler's certification. Ability to stand for long periods. Upscale dining experience is a plus. Keen eye for detail and high quality standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
