Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to employee inquiries by phone, written correspondence and/or email regarding benefits and related programs.
• Delivers employee presentations on benefit programs.
• Explains and interprets complex insurance programs to employees.
• Coordinates administration of employee benefit programs and communicates benefits information.
• Advises employees on eligibility and provisions of benefits.
• Coordinates preparation of employee benefits documents and enrollment communications.
