Securance Corp Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator in Houston to support our Employee Benefits team. You will collaborate with Account Managers, manage census data, and help market employee benefit plans while ensuring timely, accurate service to clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in employee benefits or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, client services, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with client service and renewal activities.
• Gather and organize employee census information for carrier submissions.
• Coordinate RFPs and carrier quoting processes.
• Work with insurance carriers to market employee benefit plans.
• Review and track carrier quotes and responses.
• Create benefit comparison spreadsheets and proposal materials.
• Maintain client records and documentation.
• Support new client onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist with presentations, reports, and client communications.
• Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
