Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team in the United States. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and managing vendor liaison, compliance, and renewal processes.

The role involves supporting marketing initiatives, contributing to business development, and collaborating across teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in the employee benefits industry.
• Experience managing and renewing group health & welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
• State Life & Health Insurance License required within 3 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA and related regulations.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; proficient in written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with agency management systems (EPIC, BenefitPoint, ImageRight).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Act as liaison between clients and vendors; oversee regulatory compliance.
• Support marketing and renewal processes; contribute to business development.
• Resolve complex service issues and escalate when needed; collaborate internally.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining professionalism.
