Job summary

McElroy Deutsch is seeking a highly experienced attorney for the employee benefits and executive compensation practice in Morristown, NJ. A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required, with a focus on benefit plan design, modification, termination, and withdrawal issues, plus ERISA notice requirements and COBRA compliance.

Candidates should have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar.

Salary range for this position: $150,000 - $185,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
