Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a highly skilled attorney with 4+ years of Employee Benefits experience to join our Florida offices. You will handle health and welfare plans, retirement plans, COBRA, deferred compensation, and executive compensation matters for a diverse client base.
You will stay current on evolving ERISA and tax-related regulations, work in a collaborative team, and communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients, with a strong emphasis on service and results.

This position can sit in our NYC, Baltimore, Houston, Florida or California locations.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in employee benefits, including familiarity with benefits issues under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) and the Internal Revenue Code.
For New York City, the expected salary range for this position is between $216,500 - $279,000 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
For Maryland, the expected salary range for this position is between $216,500 and $279,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
For California, the expected salary range for this position is between $230,000-$293,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
