Job Overview

Duties
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation
  • Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including memos and contracts
  • Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional interaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies
  • Participate in high-level legal activities, including client meetings and negotiations

Requirements
