Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to oversee smaller group accounts and build long-term client relationships in San Antonio. You will manage benefits programs end-to-end, conduct enrollment meetings, and act as the client’s primary liaison.

Ideal candidates will have extensive benefits experience, an active L&H license, and a track record of delivering exceptional service in a hybrid work setting with onsite training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in employee benefits account management.
• Active Life & Health (L&H) license is mandatory.
• Hybrid work schedule with a few days in the office per week; initial onsite training required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of employee benefits accounts, from A-Z, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct enrollment meetings in San Antonio, providing clear and professional guidance to clients.
• Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage and streamline account processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all accounts.

Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (up to $85,000 for candidates meeting all qualifications)
