Job Description:
A Financial Wellness Specialist (FWS) is responsible for providing financial wellness education for Bank of America’s Employee Banking and Investing (EBI) clients. As a licensed specialist, the FWS has the capability to provide guidance from a holistic perspective, including banking, investing, and lending needs. The FWS will partner closely with EBI Relationship Managers to support existing EBI clients of the bank. FWS position requires Series 7 & 66 licenses (or equivalent)
Responsibilities:
-Lead the client-facing education component of the EBI program
-Work with internal partners on scheduling of events
-Stay up-to-speed on current market trends, including being well-versed on reports from Merrill’s Chief Investment Office
-Support FWS teammates and assist with team internal projects
-Remain current on all required licensing. CRPC or CFP are required to present certain webinars
Desired Skills:
*Strong public speaker
*Executive presence for client facing presentations
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Minimum of one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
*Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx
*CFP, CRPC, or AWMA preferred.
