PURPOSE OF POSITION: To perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair within the Empire Pass properties and common areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with various chemicals including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products
• Work on ladders and scaffolding, use of power tools and equipment, and operate company vehicles in various weather conditions

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, finish carpentry, drywall, and texturing
• Hold a valid CPO certification for maintaining balanced pool and hot tub chemicals
• Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and landscaping tasks seasonally

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and perform tasks safely and efficiently
• At least mid-level maintenance skills
• Service-oriented and self-motivated
• Computer skills are highly desirable

• Willing to perform other duties as assigned
• Work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic hand tools required; specialty tools provided
• Flexibility to work in various Empire Pass locations and shifts

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work, such as snow removal
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT

• Flex Year Round with possible periods of layoff or reduced hours

PAY RATE

• $23.00 per hour
