PURPOSE OF POSITION: To perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair within the Empire Pass properties and common areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with various chemicals including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products
• Work on ladders and scaffolding, use of power tools and equipment, as well as operating company vehicles in various weather conditions

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, high-quality finish carpentry skills, drywall, and various texturing
• Maintain balanced pools and hot tubs as CPO certified
• Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ground care in winter, and landscaping tasks in summer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Must work well with others and function as a team member
• Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner
• Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills
• Service-oriented and self-motivated
• Computer skills highly desirable

• Willing to perform other duties as assigned
• Work schedules may include night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic hand tools required; specialty tools provided
• Flexible to work in various Empire Pass locations and shifts

• Able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work such as snow removal
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours

PAY RATE:

• $23.00 per hour
