Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled professional to maintain the Master Patient Index integrity across enterprise systems. You will analyze clinical and demographic data, verify duplicate assignments, and ensure patient safety through accurate linking of records.

Responsibilities include timely responses to inquiries, data clean-up in EHRs, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to resolve complex chart issues.

• Maintains enterprise Master Patient Index integrity across systems.
• Verifies duplicate numbers belong to the same person to ensure patient safety.
• Communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Performs data clean-up and improvement tasks within EHRs.

• Respond to calls and emails related to duplicates in a timely manner.
• Merge or unmerge clinical and demographic data in source EMR per requirement.
• Assist with overlay resolution errors and complex data corrections in EHRs.
• Maintain HIM Data Integrity Services queues and reporting.
• Identify non-compliance areas to reduce duplicate records and registration errors.
